Ling, AIA, NCARB, PP, LEEDap, CCT, and Stark & Stark Shareholder, Donald Brenner, Esq., presented an informative webinar titled “Common Issues Experienced by Associations with EIFS, Stucco and Brick” to managers holding the CMCA designation.
Mr. Ling and Mr. Brenner explained the different building components, how to navigate through the pros and cons of the materials that are most commonly used in building construction, and offered tips on things to look for if building issues arise.
